Sequence Converter

Convert your file in a format OrthoSelect can deal with.

1. Select the file
2. Upload it
3. Enter the name of the species the sequences belong to
4. Select on of the following input formats for you file:

1. JGI (ESTs) - e.g. ">4243977:1"
2. JGI (transcripts) - e.g. ">jgi|Dappu1|48454|gw1.58.76.1"
3. dbEST - e.g. ">gi|209529314|gb|EY892775.1|..."
4. TBestDB - e.g. ">EST Id : BPE00000721"
5. custom format - e.g. ">ContigXYZ SomethingElse"

5. Click "Convert File"
6. Download the file
